Cpio - I am just curious but what has your personal experience with using Nettle Root been like so far. I was on it before it was replaced by Ecklonia Cava (I believe that was what replaced it) on IH's regimen page.

Is there any reason to still be interested in Nettle? I seem to remember finding this supplement helpful.

JS, I find it helpful too. I dont take EC at the moment. I also use nettle root topically in form of an oil, it greatly reduces dryness and it absorbs very quickly.
