Clear eyes

After spending 5 months in Nepal I came home and noticed during my trip the white
in my eyes had turned a little yellowish .. not alot but enough that I noticed. What did concern me somewhat is that after returning home and picking up a workout and running routine, I was convinced it would go back to normal (being white) .. but it didnt!Was this a hep infection, I thought , or a sign of aging? Anyway .. It bothered me somewhat. What I can say is that after five days taking Curcumin Phytosome Phosphatidylcholine Complex 500 mg daily, my eyes totally cleared up and went back to "normal" white .. I LOVE this stuff. Or maybe it was the workout starting to to kick in finally and detoxifying through sweat. But I have a good feeling about this curcumin product! and will continue to take.

After spending time sunbathing last year without sunglasses, the insides of both my eyes became more yellow compared to the rest. I haven't been able to reverse that.

I dont think the cause is the sun! Just a coincindence it happened at the same time, bro.
