Hey guys. So I have already started brushing daily with a bb brush.

What I wanted to start doing is dermarolling like 1-2 times / week. Do you think brushing will have a negative effect on the healing of the micro wounds created by rolling?

Thanks!

Hello, thought I'd give my two cents on rolling and brushing as I wondered the same thing myself. I found that after rolling my scalp is too sensitive to brush for about two or three days. The way I see it is your scalp needs time to heal after rolling. If you continuously wound it or irritate it the harder it is to heal and could in turn be detrimental. What I do is roll once a week. For the three days after I roll I do scalp exercises/massage my scalp. After those three days I go back to brushing until I roll again. So, all that to say, I think you should give your scalp a few days before brushing. To me they essentially do that same thing so you might be better off rolling and doing massages, then after a few a days do some brushing. Hope that made sense...haha
