breakfast is becoming a problem for me as i ve gone gluten free and am pretty much on a paleo diet now, i think its going to have to be fruit now and maybe the odd fish. the jurys out on coffee for me on the plus side it tastes great and wakes me up on the down side it may be destroying vital b vits and turning my hair grey. may switch to black tea.

i forgot to mention eggs. does anyone have a good answer to why eggs should be limited i m always hearing things like no more than two a day or not more than six a week. is there good reason to support this view. my inclination is just to tuck in.

I don't see any reason why you would want to limit eggs. It is good cholesterol. Unless you are a motionless blob it shouldn't be bad. Could be wrong though.

Well i just buy as plain a yogurt i can, Im assuming its good seing as the lactose has been broken down, and it has probiotics in it. I just buy commercial kefir yogurt to add to it.

Is yogurt good??
