Big Breakfast vs Big Dinner Empty Big Breakfast vs Big Dinner

Post  Silverlin Thu Sep 10, 2009 11:34 am

I've tried both and I haven't been able to make up my mind.

When i have a big breakfast and a light meal at night I sleep a lot less, but I'm still totally refreshed. When I have a big dinner I sleep more, yet wake up totally refreshed as well. If I do eat a big dinner I generally like to eat it around 6pm or slightly before that as i find it helps me sleep better then if i eat at a later time.

Does anybody know whether eating a big dinner interferes with the bodies ability to detoxify while sleeping?

Is there really a definitive answer as to which one is better for the human body?
