I think I'm gonna die

Since starting this detox with Humifulvate, Iodine and Vitamin C. I've been feeling, no I've been sick for two days, and I take only 400 mcg of Iodine with Kelp, I don't understand, I have a running nose like I'm sick, but I'm not really sick, and I sneeze all the time. I feel very very tired, and I have some brain fog, is all this supposed to happen during a heavy metal detox?

Yes, this is not unusual.

How long will it persist? 2-3 days I hope :/

well ur not just taking iodine, vit c and humi, r u...

ur also taking all that stuff in ur regime. and theres a few chelating agents in there as well.

ur need to cut down, pick 4-5 of the best ones, especially during a heavy metal detox.

i'd just do chlorella, vit c, humi, probiotic and a mineral supplement, + lots of water.

u need the probiotic ( im sure u know why), u need the minerals (bcause sometimes heavy metals use binding sites of minerals, and u need to replace those binding sites quickly, otherwise heavy metals will just go back there.) u need vit c to make the chelators work better.

give ur liver a break during the metal detox. take it from someone whos been through it b4, hope someone backs me up.

I cheated for a month and took a two week break, then started up again for almost two months kinda felt crappy but in a good way, and had many of the symptoms you mentioned but just not as bad. I have stopped metal chleation for the last 2 weeks and feel sooo much better. So just keep the course, and you will feel better.

You're not going through a thing compared to some detox reactions I've seen and experienced, consider yourself a lucky lucky boy.

Follow the advice here, take the Vitamin C, get lots of good healthy fats and protien, make sure you rest and have as regular bowel movements as possible. Saunas are a good idea.

If you're wanting to chelate effectively you really should look into Cutler's information. It's in my opinion by far the safest, most effective and methodical way to chelate. I've been chelating the Cutler way for some weeks now and it beats taking some random humifulvate capsules hands down (I've tried that too). That's not to say you can't do low level chelation with iodine too, though.

Your avatar too seems in pretty bad condition. Have you recently watched a videotape which contains a random series of disturbing images? If you did, did you get some mysterious phone calls afterward where a girl's spooky voice announces that you will die in seven days?
If yes, I urge you to make a copy of this tape and show it to someone around you.

well i used a strong natural product called dabur chyawanprash, made by metagenics.

dabur chyawanprash is a jam, made from indian gooseberry and a bunch of indian herbs, with very high vitamin C, + other vitamins, minerals and immune enhancing herbs. And the metagenics version is stronger and more concentrated. Its a very good product in my opinion.

but solely for minerals, i think roger mason of young again products has a good one, metagenics also has a good one, iherb probably has a bunch.
