Hello,

Are there supplements to avoid during metal chelation period ?
I remember having read somewhere (but I'm not sure) that Ecklonia Cava should be avoided while taking humifulvate and MCP.

I think it does not matter as long as u take it away (3 hrs) from any food or supplements .. i did it once and threw up all over the place

mikeymike - I second AboDi.

Taking most supplements is not a problem with the chelation, it's only the food that should be avoided.

I've got a nasty vomiting reaction (or something) from just the lowest dose of chlorella. Should I fear getting the same reaction from humifulate, MCP and such?
