AUSSIE - Yes, Swanson is pretty reliable, prices are quite good in some cases. I like to buy from them when there are good sales.

What's your full regimen?

AUSSIE - There are two key and essentially critical supplements lacking in your regimen. Antioxidants, such as Ecklonia Cava (Fibroboost) and Lipoic acid. The other is Omega-3 Fatty acids, such as Cod Liver Oil and/or Krill oil.

Fortunately, Swanson's has the best price on Krill oil on the Internet, as far as I've seen.

Thanks for your reply, for the fourth time my refined regiment will be as follows:

7-HMRlignans from Norwegian Spruce Tree (just ordered)
Nettle Root
Magnesium Asporotate (previously using oratate, this one has oratate in the ingredients)
Colostrum
Horsetail (Natural Silica)
B-100
Maca (just ordered)
Spectral DNC - (just ordered)
LAsercombe
Natural SLS free shampoo
Krill oil

I cannot afford to add Ecklonia Cava as is too expensive and the Australian dollar has fallen against the mighty US$ recently which adds a furthor $30 to my order.

Do you think the above regiment is enough to stop hairloss?

You are still short a powerful antioxidant.

If you cannot afford Ecklonia cava or Lipoic acid, EGCg from Now foods may help. It is cheap.

AUSSIE - Wow, I just looked at a chart of the Australian dollar and US and it's lost almost 50% of its value since July, that's brutal!

I second cpio's reponse. Let's hope for a return of Aussie dollar.

Is EGCg from the Green Tea Extract? And what does Nettle Root do? I don't see it on the regimen. Thanks

GoodThings - EGCG is from Green Tea extract. It is the preferred fraction from Green tea. Ecklonia Cava is far more effective for hair however. I take EGCG now for immune support, it's great stuff.

Nettle has a broad variety of functions, anti-inflammation, lignans, etc. but it's no where near as powerful as Ecklonia Cava, so that was replaced a while ago.

Thank CS. I have been doing very well with the regimen. In fact, i have been growing hair in the front. So i'm very happy about that. But it seems the two spots above the temple (left and right) aren't able to grow, or not thick enough. Is there a reason for that? Because i can pretty much see that i'm growing hair in the frontal hairline. But not on those two spots above the temple? I'm just wondering from your experience, is there something that i am not doing right? Pretty much i just like to know what's going on.

Again i'm very happy that i'm growing hair... Very Happy Lots of it in the front. Shocked

GoodThings - The temples are definitely the hardest. The sebaceous activity and perhaps infiltration of various microorganisms that subsist on the sebum are a recipe for incessant microinflammation.

So to tackle this, the use of a laser helmet would be a good idea. If you're under any kind of stress, then the release of various neuropeptides can be the other cause (endocannabinoid release).

If the latter is the case, then cayenne pepper would be recommended.

CS--Actually i'm still under a lot of stress. I bought Sensoril. Would that help as well? Or would Cayenne Pepper be better?

GoodThings - Stress is the #1 killer of hair follicles. Both would help, and fortunately they are both pretty inexpensive.

Sensoril is pretty awesome stuff, as most people feel noticeably less stressed with them even on the same day.

Cayenne is going to combat those neuropeptides. Have you felt a cold chill through your temples? That's neuropeptides, and cayenne will block the CB1 receptor.
