CS... I´m wondering about mixing some liquid potassium chloride into my non-SLS shampoo... The question is:

1) In liquid form, I´ve only found a 5ml vial that says "15 mEq" (I guess it stands for milliequivalents). Is this OK?

2) There´s also another one with 20 mEq... Which one should I pick?

Thanks in advance,

Best regards!

gonzalito - 15 mEq is 1125 mg and 20 mEq is 1500 milligrams.

I would just recommend buying potassiuim chloride powder (Now Brand), it's very cheap on iherb.com

gonzalito - Instead of mixing in the shampoo, it works better if you apply a gram or two or three in your hand after you have properly lathered in your shampoo onto the scalp, then lather in the potassium chloride in. This way you'll feel its effects.
