IM.... Question about Potassium Chloride and Lithium....

I went to my local pharmacy today in order to buy potassium chloride and they asked me how many mEq? 3 mEq is OK?

Regarding the lithium, what I can get here is 150mg lithium carbonate (yes, it´s easier to get than orotate)... So... getting 150mg lithium carbonate pills.... How many pills should I crush to put in the shampoo?

gonzalito - Stay away from Lithium carbonate. No need to deal with a pharmacy. You can acquire potassium chloride here: Note: It felt great for me to use, but it made me smell. I think whether it is useful or not will depend on your metabolic type. Some benefit from alkaline foods, while others need more acidic foods.
