Hey guys!

I finally gave into to some temptation this sunday!

I had a way more than 50% of carbs for dinner via a PIZZA dinner.

I know this will spike my insulin! Crap!

I plan on bouncing right back tomorrow to all protein, veggies, water..etc. etc...

How does any occasional...I mean seldom carb based meal affect everything?

Pizza is one thing I eat a lot of, for whatever reason I seem not to have any trouble with it. Of course everyone is different, hopefully you'll manage okay.

Stuff with sugar in it (not HFCS) is the easiest for me to tell. Usually by the next day I'll feel some white comedones (bumps) that give the skin a rough texture at the base of my hair line. These comedones appear at the opening of a sebaceous follicle.
