Optimum Time to take supplements (mornings, lunch or dinner)
Ok, I have searched and searched on the site and cannot seem to find a clear answer on this. Other than Curcumin and Resveratrol taken with dinner (being the largest meal).
How do you guys usually space out your daily regimen intake? What do you take with what in the mornings, lunch and dinner, or do you just take everything in one go? Does it really matter?
Thanks.

Re: Optimum Time to take supplements (mornings, lunch or dinner)
Awesome, thank you for that. I never saw these threads and I did some extensive searching (so much so that my wife has commented on my computer useage lately).
Ok, now that I have that squared away, I think I want to split my intakes up to 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
I am pretty certain on taking Krill Oil, Curcumin and Resveratrol at dinner with the largest meal. Is there any other supplement that would go well with these?
At breakfast, I am considering Saw Palmetto, Nettleroot with Fo-ti extract and Green Tea extract.
At lunch I am considering MSM, Vitamin D3, Magnesium and Tocomin.
Does this look like a good set up?
I need to finish off my multi vitamins and quit with those and it looks like I am going to discard the beta sis bottle. As you can see, I am making some big steps away from the DHT method...
Thanks.
