What is for dinner tonight
What do most of you eat for dinner. I love sushi, lots of vegetables, rice, brown rice pasta, poultry and beef.
Lost of curry dishes, anything spicey and when I can get my hands on it I love to have venison.

Tonight? Bacon and eggs. Breakfast for dinner is awesome. I don't do it enough. Especially when it involves bacon.
Most of the time though its either going to be marinaded chicken breast with vegetables and some quinoa occaisionally, brown rice alternatively.
Other times I like to do a stir fry with various veggies and ground beef, cooked in coconut oil.
Cheat days, hell, anything goes. Pizza.

Ribeye, small sweet potato, spinach. I eat this pretty much 3 nights a week for dinner. Other dinner's are wild salmon, sweet potato, spinach or baked boneless chicken breasts with almond flour coating (instead of bread crumbs). Sometimes I'll have shrimp sautéed in grass fed butter and garlic. That's pretty much it for dinner. We keep it simple

Beef, lots of it.
I feel amazing whenever i eat beef, i was surprised to find recently that meat is top of the list as food for o negative blood types and i would have to agree with it.
