I still have yet to try the CS extract. I've used Solaray celery seed (no extract) and never noticed anything great from it, but I think when I used a lot I noticed an effect. Anyway, I would think that sticking with the whole seed as opposed to the extract would be safer in the long run and I'm wondering if JDP agrees with me. I'm starting to feel this way about a lot of things. Even turmeric over curcumin. I want to focus on cleansing and eventually really cut back on all of the supp's I take. Maybe just go with whole herbs for the most part.

can we take celery seed before or after a 'cheat' day?

at times...i forgot to take it before i eat some sweets and at times...i dont plan on eating sweets but end up doin it. then i go home and take the celery seed supps..

is it just as effective taking it after the food is eaten?
