Gout & Celery Seed

The nutritional information of the celery Seed I have is:
Three tablets contain 1800mg celery from 450mg of a 4:1 extract
Is this OK?

Secondly, I also have some CherryActive capsules. These consist of 435mg of freeze dried montgomery cherries (about 100 cherries used to make a capsule) I was thinking of adding this to my regime. If I take it with celery seed will this be overkill?

adam2525 - It's not overkill. The amount of 3nb in the celery seed extract matters the most. Natural Factors brand contains the most of 3nb compared to others.

It's best to experiment to find the proper dose, but it's not going to hurt you if you take "too much" or with the drug.
