Anyone following a paleo diet?
I worked out with a new trainer yesterday who was in amazing shape and we talked nutrition for awhile after and he told me he's seeing his best results ever on a Paleo diet.
I just wanted to see if anyone in here is using that way of eating and what their experience is. What kind of menu are usually eating each day?
Thanks in advance.

Just to get a feel for it, what are the basic principles and what would a typical day's meals and snacks look like?

Re: Anyone following a paleo diet?
I like to imagine that our ancestors did not lick coconut ice cream but prefer eating an apple from a tree, a peer, berries....
So basically, a paleo diet is what nature gives you. So be creative...
