Raw food promotes bean/legumes. The consensus on this is they are bad for you. Yes.

Raw food seems very hard to implement. If you were to put these up against each other on a nutritional standpoint who would take the gold.

Raw foodiist promote legumes only in their sprouted form-which is a huge difference, and arguably keeps tjhem in line w/Paleo priniciples. Cooked grains, particularly wheat, can be problematic in many ways.
A raw diet , high in sprouts, seeds, nuts, vegetables, low glycemic fruit, and also high, not low in fat ( ie Coconut Oil) adheres to the best f Vegan and Paleo principles-the best of both worlds
