Adrenal fatigue sucks

Adrenal fatigue is destroying my life. Not being able to eat delicious food, no alcohol, no going out partying till 5 am, no sport (causes more fatigue) and the worst no sex (impossible to resist)

I know its helping me cause it stops my hairloss when im on those treatments but till when I have to use this.. when I ejaculate or eat some junk food I immediately crash the next day and feel like shit...

Also I was on thyroid meds but I felt worse on it, so I stopped. Its weird cause Im able to stop the symptoms of hypothyroid only by using adrenal support (cold feet and hands) but when Im on it (hypo meds) the hypo symptoms are worse.

How did you find out you had adrenal fatigue?

Blood test and urine test. Morning cortisol is low
