Hey guys, so since I was a child I've suffered from sweat rash, where in hot whether (on vacation) I get massive rashes on my chest, forearm, legs etc

This is, as you can guess, incredibly irritating and I want to figure out what causes this. I know it is not polymorphic light eruption as it goes away eventually and I am able to go in the sun as normal, it's just the rash is an ugly, irritating, eyesore and the itch can drive me insane

The last time I haf the rash was my last vacation last August, since then I've been taking zinc, vitamin c, Cod Liver Oil and Evening primrose as well as 500mg niacin flush every other day. What can I do to stop this rash for good?
