Where did I get this rash from?

Really strange:
I have a big rash today, it's all over my chest, stomach, back, inside of my arms and on my shoulders.....not above the neck and not below the waistline.
I have no known allergies, I didn't change my cleaning agent and I didn't eat anything I haven't eatin many times before(no new clothes or anything). Noone in my family got a rash besides me.........no new supplements........
Any idea where I might got this?
edit: i have it the whole day, over 12 hours now without any change......it's mildly itching-moderate
