I don't think I sweat properly Empty I don't think I sweat properly

I feel as though one of the reasons I am losing hair is due to my body overheating. I've observed that I do not sweat as much as other people unless i'm in a very very humid place. Wnen I don't sweat in a hot environment, my body overheats thus creating inflammation.

Most of the time (not always), this indicates an iodine deficiency and/or a deficiency of salt. The body cannot sweat without salt (water cannot move/travel without it).

Thanks CS.. I feel I already eat plenty of salt in my diet. So is my best move to start supplementing on iodine?
