Rash on ALA Empty Rash on ALA

I added ALA to my stack with every meal and It seems I have developed a slight itchy, whole body rash. Has anyone else had this problem? Stop supplementing, or push through and see if it goes away?

Could be copper toxic. ALA raises copper levels.

ALA can cause rash in some.

abc123 - A rash is a rare side-effect of lipoic acid. I would suggest reducing the dosage and check for a rash, if it still persists then discontinue.

In relation to copper, lipoic acid helps prevent free radicals from free copper.
