Really stupid and off-topic, but I come here mosty for health, too. My girlfriend has an infection of some sort inside her nostril. It is very inflamed and is hurting her. What are ailments to treat it? Any nose sprays or topical or something? Thanks.

Does she cut her nose hairs? Is this just an infected/impacted follicle?
