How to unclog your nose?

Hi folks,

For the past two years, one of my nostrils is always clogged. It is very annoying and I was wondering if you guys had any remedies for a clogged nose. The other day I was able to breathe through both nostrils after running, but the mucus returned within an hour. I have used a neti pot, but my nose still doesn't work right. What is weird is that the same time my nose went stupid, my hair started falling out. coincidence?

I think you should find out why it is clogged to begin with.

I had more or less the same symptom and the doctor diagnosed me with allergic rhinitis (caused by a dust allergy). Maybe for you it is something else, I don't know, you should find out the reason...afterwards you will be able to resolve this.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'll go to the doctor and see if I have a deviated septum, allergies, or sinusitis.
