Where does Ecklonia Cava in Orthonutrition/Nutricology come from? Japan?

I dont eat stuff from the coast around Japan thanks for Fuckoshima .. where does the Ecklonia Cava in Orthonutrition or in Nutricology come from?

I doubt Japan or South Korea would let people harvest radioactive seaweed to sell. I'm sure they need licenses to do this and they have to follow safety and environmental regulations.

Apparently, radioactive cesium concentration has being going up in the Sea of Japan (between Korea and Japan).
