Ecklonia Cava

I've been taking EC consistently for about 2 years now, the hairevo brand from here. But only 1 tab per day due to costs. Hair loss seems fairly stable or very slow. I'm taking a lot of other recommended sups from here plus doing metal detox. I'd like to keep costs to a minimum and EC is very expensive. I've nearly ran out of it. I can't tell whether EC is one of the better sups compared to the rest so how do I figure out whether to continue with it? Should I have a break? Don't want to lose ground! The lack of human studies on EC is also a concern as I'm questioning if t a worth the cost.
Any ideas peeps?

try the other brand that CS recommends in the "daily regimen" page. It's expensive, but it's got more than double the amount of cava, so one bottle will last you 2-3 months if you only take one a day.
