CS: Cramping
CS,
Had this problem for some time in the usual areas...back of thighs, calves etc even to the point of waking me up at night as the muscle is completely tight/flexed. This condition made me to realize the effectiveness of Orotate minerals as a large dose Mag Orotate will completely eliminate the cramping. The problem however soon returns unfortunately.

isaac - Check if you're getting enough calcium. The best form is Calcium lactate. One indication that calcium is low
is persistent fevers and insomnia.
If you're not sure, you can try switching to a Cal-Mag-Zinc formula.

Re: CS: Cramping
Read up on the Nigari thread - transdermal Mg is far more potent and bit longer lasting. While Mg Orotate did nothing for me (that I could experience physically), results from transdermal Mg via foot soaks were immediate. YMMV
