there are istructions which is like mixing 500mg to a 750 ml bottle of olive oil consume 10 ml day but you need to skae it many times a day for a month or use magnetic stirrer until its nanoized or something.The olive oil should turn brown or red indicating this.There is also anther site selling it already made in 2ml bottles 45mg total c60 for $35 so its much cheaper to make yourself.I will be getting on this too soon just found out about it tonight...

this is just another antioxidant and the benefits were attained only when it was consumed orally for all of their lives. What makes you think similar results wouldn't have happened in rats if they were to consume ecklonia cava?

Which supplements benefits lasts following the termination of the supplement?

People shouldn't underestimate just how experimental this stuff is. That being said I am considering it myself at some point, taking into account unresponsive chronic fatigue etc.

Things worth noting about C60oo:

• It may inhibit certain liver enzymes, particularly CYP3A4. So worth noting what treatments/medications could interact.
  
• Could form singlet oxygen ROS upon UV exposure.

You may want to Google these up as I can't post links yet.

I'm not considering topical use, and might suggest any other lab rats use it internally first to at least distinguish the effects from topical applications.

The suggested dosage seems to vary a lot, but a common response seems to be that the benefits wane after a week or so if taken continuously. Weekly or monthly dosing after a few days loading might be preferable.
