Twitching eye

Hi everyone, lately I have had a twitching eye which is really annoying me. I also have twitching neck when I'm cold and/or when I'm nervous, has anyone an idea what is causing this? Not sure if connected but my hands and feet are always cold.

VITAMIN B!!! I had the exact same problem for seven years. Take vitamin B Complex
