what could cause this weird sensation Empty what could cause this weird sensation

This is a recurrent thing for me.

At the left cowlick of my double cowlick on my scalp, and slightly beneath I often experience a tingling sensation. No pain, no itch, but a mild tingle. It comes and goes. I have not found any thing to correlate with it. I cant really compare it to any other sensation. Maybe similar to a limb being asleep due to cut off circulation but I'd describe that one as being more painlike or more intense. I used to also experience a muscle spasm near my eye. If I could, I'd compare this to a milder combination of that sort of spasm sensation and the limb being asleep sensation.

Thoughts?
