Frostbite and MegaHydrate
I've recently started taking MegaHydrate. Its only been a week. But I have noticed something. I'm not sure if its due to the MegaHydrate, but its the only thing that has changed, and first noticed it two days after starting.
When I was young I would get frostbite symptoms. It was very strange, but its the closest explanation that was found at the time. Basically my toes would swell up, and be quite painful to touch and it would especially be very itchy. Something I tried back then was to put my feet in hot water, which seem to aggravate the itchiness. The only solution was to wear two three socks on each other that would solve the problem. I know its called frostbite, but that doesn't necessarily mean freezing cold outside.
This stopped happening after a while. Now, I haven't experienced this problem (i.e. the swelled up toes, and the itchiness) in a decade. Now, I have kinda of felt that brief itchiness and very slight pain, which has lasted for a few seconds. Something that I haven't felt in a very long time. Could this be because of the MegaHydrate? Why would MH, cause this?
Could frostbite be due to poor circulation? Could I have felt that slight pain, due to an increase circulation because of the MH? Could MH really be that "anti-aging" which is causing me to feel something when I felt when I was younger?

I don't know the answers to your questions but the symptoms and frost bite symptoms, itch, etc. you mention sounds like gout.

That's probably Raynaud's or autonomic dysfunction.

Re: Frostbite and MegaHydrate
Thanks for the replies.
I looked into Chilblains and Raynaud's disease, and strangely the symptoms sound very similar to both of them. Both these diseases sound similar as well. The good thing is I am not suffering from this anymore. Seems to have just stopped on its own. But I remember back then that the doctor simply called it frostbite symptoms, and I thought of it like that ever since. Nice to finally know what it was.

Body Temperature and MegaHydrate
I also had another question not related to frostbite.
Since I have started taking MegaHydrate, I've noticed that in the morning when I wake up, my body temperature is higher, kinda feel like I am sweating sometimes, or that the heating is on when in fact it is not. Why would I experience high temperature when waking up because of MegaHydrate?

Re: Frostbite and MegaHydrate
I don't understand why MegaHydrate would affect anything. Its ingredients don't seem to potent. Anyway, Raynaud's and autonomic dysfunction can come and go, depending on stress, diet, etc. I have the latter, and I had a 10-year break between some of the worst symptoms. You should look into which condition it is and any underlying disorder that might be causing it.

Also, peripheral circulation is impaired in such cases. Of late, i've been feeling that heavy metals may be a factor in poor peripheral circulation. It has been mentioned before that during detox attempts if metals are not properly eliminated they end up in extremities.

MegaHydrate use has been associated with a removal of mercury. Assuming this is true, it would improve detoxification and improve the ability to sweat.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peripheral_vascular_disease
"refers to the obstruction of large arteries not within the coronary, aortic arch vasculature, or brain."
"PVD also includes a subset of diseases classified as microvascular diseases resulting from episodal narrowing of the arteries (Raynaud's phenomenon), or widening thereof (erythromelalgia), i.e. vascular spasms."
"Smoking - tobacco use in any form is the single most important modifiable cause of PVD internationally. Smokers have up to a tenfold increase in relative risk for PVD in a dose-related effect.[citation needed] Exposure to second-hand smoke from environmental exposure has also been shown to promote changes in blood vessel lining (endothelium) which is a precursor to atherosclerosis."
Okay, im going on an asking and posting hiatus for a while. Too much poring over, not enough doing
