I've not used soap or any cleaning product for 3 weeks now. My skin is softer, less greasy, and my body acne has improved. I dont use standard deodorants. I use ammonium alum, branded as pitrok, which kills bacteria, totally eliminating any odour, rather than covering it up with chemicals. I've not washed my hair in shampoo in a week but it is very short so I havent seen results yet.
