Anybody know about Paruresis (Shy Bladder Syndrom)

I have a case of Paruresis. I have to take random drug tests now and I have always had problems urinating in front of

doctors and drug testers that sit there and stare at you. I get a lot of anxiety when I get in those situations and I can,t go

no matter how bad I have to. I couldn,t go into the military years ago because of this problem. I asked for them to give me

a hair test that is even more accurate, but they said they don,t due that. What can I do.

Nothing.

You have to learn to relax while urinating. If you are relaxed then it does not matter if anyone looks at you or whatever, you can piss.

Perhaps drinking plenty of water before the test will help. Before urine test I would drink lots of water to the point that I would genuinely "have to go" and then would urinate without hesitation regardless of who was supervising or how "invasive" the supervising was.
