For calcification it is important to take your calcium only in negative charged format and take magnesium at the same time. IP6 is said to be very good for decalcifying. Aditional calcium co-factors are k2, vit. a, boron, zinc etc.

Re: vertex help!!
Recently i started taking a lot of spirulina and in conjunction with taking Ecklonia Cava, this definately helped my reduce infalmmation in the temples. Yet for the first time in my life i felt i was actually getting a bald patch at the back of my head! In the past I have had bits of imflammation at the back now and then by nothing major. Every time i got this, i just eat half a head of celery and it seems to do the trick getting rid of the uric acid (make sure you dont have oxolate issues as this could be a problem i believe). So i put this down to the iron content in the spirulina. After stopping the spirulina and eating a decent amount of grains (full of IP6) my hair at the back feels normal again (yet shedding at the front has resumed to some extent despite my use of ecklonia cava and others). So you could try blood donation (i am going soon too) to reduce iron in your blood. It might help!
I you really are stuck - try these scalp excercises:
http://www.hairloss-reversible.com/
Whenever i was travelling, eating crappy food and had no celery, I would do these. They really help with inflammation and definatley help thicken hair at the back of your head ( i think the blood flow removes calcification deposits). However they increased shedding at the front for me...

Re: vertex help!!
i think you right - iron could be major problem, my last blood-count shows elevated hemoglobin level, and high MCH and MCHC - which refers to the mass of hemoglobin in red blood cells.
high values of those two indicates poorly oxygenated blood, on the other hand Low values indicates iron deficiency.
so giving blood to get rid of excess iron would be great idea...
how would i know if i have oxalate issues??

Re: vertex help!!
For iron the best thing to take is ip6. It turns rust into usable iron which the body can store/eliminate etc. however you need a quality ip6 like from AOR

I too am international and need to buy my IP 6 from either Iherb or Vitacost, so alternate brands would be awesome.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Internal, I bought the one from now.
ip6 removes rust and excess iron...
edit: ip6 also removes calcification. It's best to take it after you're mercury chelators, so it doesn't bind to mercury

Re: vertex help!!
Enzymatic Therapy is usually a good brand. It looks like its much more expensive than some other brands though. Hmmm...
I would like to try this out as well. I have given blood in the past but I think this would be a good thing to add after my next round of chelation.
