Best salt To use for Health
I am undecided on which salt is that best for your health and less processed Celtic Salt Himilayia Salt or Wright Salt? We have been leaning on Himilayian or Wright Salt...more towards Wright any suggestion? Thanks.

Re: Best salt To use for Health
I think I've seen CS mention Wright Salt is the best, so I would go with that.

Re: Best salt To use for Health
Wright salt is not a natural product, it's a mix of sodium, potassium and some co-factors. It sure has it's place, for someone with high blood pressure, someone who consumes way too much salt per day, but generally natural salt is better in my opinion.
Realsalt(the originial) is the best seasalt and himalayan is even better as it contains stuff you don't get anywhere else....

Re: Best salt To use for Health
Unrefined Celtic salt (sun dried) is probably the best. However, there's nothing wrong with Wright Salt, since it has reduced the cause of death significantly in the country who has been using it for a few decades now.

If I remember correctly celtic is from france.....besides that, no idea.
You might want to bake you're seasalt to get rid of molds

Sea salt flats are often roosting places for sea gulls.
make sure the salt is sterilized by heating five
minutes at 400°F in a glass pie plate to kill mold. (Sea gulls fly
over the salt flats where sea salt is gathered. Their droppings
provide a medium for mold.)
