Regimen Help!!
Well guys, I'm so sorry to say that CS' regimen is only helping so much. My hairloss has NOT stopped. It has only gotten worse I've been following the regimen to a tee for about 1 1/2-2 years. I can admit that it has helped the fallout rate to slow down, but not stop. What else can I do? The only other thing I can do that I feel I'm not doing from the regimen is taking 1000 milligrams of Krill Oil twice a day. I'm taking just 1000 milligrams right now.
You know, I was doing a whole lot better on "old school" hairloss fighters....Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettles. Pygeum and some Black Currant Oil etc. All those that target DHT STOPPED my hairloss!!! Now that I'm on CS' regimen it has only gotten worse. Mainly I tried the CS' regimen because it was safer. Now, I'm not blaming anyone or this site or anything, all I want is my hairloss to stop. HELP!! Any suggestions?

norwood3.5 - Have you looked into heavy metal detoxification?
In the near future will have a possible fix for aggressive hair loss types.

Detoxification is a very good idea. Cleanse the body, and essentially start over.
Begin with just curcumin (other than LEF's BCM) and resveratrol. Then add vitamin C, D3, and magnesium. These are essential, in my opinion.
I would also take vitamin K a couple of times/week.

I am suggesting that he start over to determine what is helping, what is not doing anything, and/or what is hurting.

CS - Honestly I think that this is one of the best ideas you could have.
You're in an excellent position to work with the accumulated knowledge of this site from yourself, jdp, etc to produce a chelation product that's in the proper ratio's of the most helpful substances.
I would be all over something like this.

CS is this fix likely to cause any regrowth too or just put a stop to aggressive loss?

CS, will this new product be safe for younger people? How do I know if I have aggressive hair loss? Does it not work for slower balders?

action<reaction - I agree, and its importance is probably easy to overlook for many.
Balthier - Not sure, other than to say that hair growth is not under attack.
tooyoung - No toxicity issues, it is quite safe.
Aggressive hair loss other than obvious visual impact, look for insulin resistance and hypertension (characteristics of metabolic syndrome), and lower than average testosterone, and low SHBG levels.

BACKGROUND: Epidemiological studies have associated androgenetic alopecia (AGA) with severe young-age coronary artery disease and hypertension, and linked it to insulin resistance. We carried out a case-control study in age- and weight-matched young males to study the link between AGA and insulin resistance using the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index or metabolic syndrome clinical manifestations.
METHODS: Eighty young males, 18-35 years old, with AGA > or = stage III in the Hamilton-Norwood classification, and 80 weight- and age-matched controls were included. Alopecia, glucose, serum insulin, HOMA-IR index, lipid profile and androgen levels, as well as metabolic syndrome criteria, were evaluated.
RESULTS: The HOMA-IR index was significantly higher in cases than controls. Nonobese cases had a higher mean diastolic blood pressure and a more frequent family history of AGA than nonobese controls. A borderline difference in the HOMA-IR index was found in obese AGA cases vs. obese controls [P = 0.055, 95% confidence interval (CI) 2.36-4.20 vs. 1.75-2.73]. Free testosterone values were significantly higher in controls than cases, regardless of body mass index (BMI). A statistically significant additive effect for obesity plus alopecia was found, with significant trends for insulin, the HOMA-IR index, lipids and free testosterone when BMI and alopecia status were used to classify the participants.
CONCLUSIONS: Our results support the recommendation for assessing insulin resistance and cardiovascular-related features and disorders in all young males with stage III or higher AGA, according to the Hamilton-Norwood classification.

Re: Regimen Help!!
CS - How do I reverse insulin resistance? I've read about hypertension on your physiology page.
Do you have a rough timescale for when this product will be released? Shall I delay in buying something anti DHT?
Shall I just supplement my adrenals while I wait for your product? As I suspect these are a problem for me.

Hey norwood3.5,
For starter's, you can try humifulvate or modified citrus pectin. In addition to iodine/selenium, taking them eased my transition from finasteride to the IH regimen.

Jarrow's TOXGUARD. Follow the recommended dosage written on the bottle.
