Surgery and Natural Blood Thinners

I have been on Vitamin E, Magnesium, Ecklonia Cava, Apple Cider Vinegar, Curcumin, Resveratrol, Udo's Oil, Flax Seed and other known blood thinners for quite some time. I have knee surgery 1 week from today and stopped taking these supplements as of yesterday. Is that enough time to be safe?
