Opinions on this hair loss model?

This actually isn't my model, it's from a friend of mine (I would put his name as some of you will know him, but I think he wants to get some space away from forums for a bit!).

Now, I believe there are many possible causes of MPB (steroids, low SHBG, bad genes, and a bunch more but I don't wanna bring them into it atm!). However...... this friend suggested this model, at the very least for himself and for me ::


INTESTINAL BACTERIA/PARASITES (or possibly just general digestive system issues) --> leaky gut? or similar absorption issues.. --> LIVER OVERWHELMED, LEADS TO LIVER TOXICITY --> UNABLE TO ADEQUATELY FILTER DHT FROM THE BLOOD --> HAIR FOLLICLES RESPOND TO INCREASED ANDROGENIC STIMULATION (leading to hair loss)


I may have got it a little shakey, but I think the vague jist is there. What do you think? o.O
