stomach? pains
For a week or so now, I've been having a sharp pain every so often to the right of my stomach, I have been working out normally and doing inversion with gravity boots and had a bit of an accident recently where I got stuck on one leg and had to get helped off (lol) About a week or so later I felt the pain, on the leg side that got stuck, I attributed it to a strain or pull from the incident, despite not feeling anything for around a week it probably wasn't that.
Now, the past day or two, I've had an identical pain but at the other side of the body, its a short sharp pain that lasts maybe, a maximum of 15 seconds.
Not much has changed in my life style. I recently got ill, just a heavy cold. The only supplements i've been taking a berocca (multi vit) and up to 10g of vitamin c a day, been taking cold showers, but only after the pain started. Before the pain I noticed I got very dizzy when playing football, which has never happened before which I was quite concerned about.
Anyone had any similar experiences or have any idea? Thanks.

Forgot to mention, I went to a doctor and they had a quick feel and said they didn't know what it was and just rest. It was a trainee doctor and it seemed like they didn't really know much about it.

Costochondritis?
I have this on my left side, its where the rib is connected to the sternum. At first I thought it was my stomach or spleen but the doctor eventually found the cause after I had done every test you could possibly think of.

H4ir - Mine isn't really near my ribs, its in line with the navel, just on both sides.
I've recently been feeling really dizzy and keep getting sudden surges of anxiety. Is this related to cortisol or anything else in any way?

Try cutting out all supplements to see if the pain goes away. If it does then reintroduce one at a time to find the culprit, although CS might be able to point it out if you list your current regimen.

I just take a multivitamin (Berocca) which I have taken for a year or two. As well as vitamin d3, which I have also taken for over a year. I need to start a new regimen.

I am not a doctor. How is your water intake? try drinking more water, 1 oz per 1 lb of your weight maybe. Most of us are dehydrated most of the time, i know I am..
I have had stomach pains recently, started on the right side moved to the belly ..weird but its intestinal. Due to dehydration and diet I believe.
