Hey guys, I've used the old regimen of blocking dht (beta sis, saw paw, nettles, Pygeum). This actually did help me a lot. But I quit due to the possible long term affects. Then I started to use IH's top 6 for about a year, but with no results Sad I do notwant to go back to the old dht blocking regimen, but with the old regimen working so well in the past what in IH's regimen can replace it? Should I take more of something else in his regimen than what is posted to give me more powerful stance on hairless? Suggestions? Help! Thanks guys.

norwood3.5 - Iodine and heavy metal detox (humifulvate) could help make the difference.

norwood3.5,

I echo what IH stated: Focus your attention on supplements, vitamins, and minerals which can lower inflammation, reduce cholesterol levels, facilitate the metabolism of insulin, and remove heavy metals.

Personally, I believe that curcumin and resveratrol would be the best start. Followed by vitamin D3, magnesium, vitamin C, and MSM.

IH - How much of Lugol's do I take per day and for how long? Thanks.

Natural - I will definitely try resveratrol and curcumin together. Thanks.

I really don't want to go back to the old regimen. Thanks a bunch guys.

What about your diet?
The best is to have a free sugar, gluten and dairy products diet.

Be careful about your ejaculation frequency too. Too much sex or masturbation is not helpfull for mpb!
