What's the pros and cons in changing my GSE to Res?

I see in most reservatrol products GSE, and i wonder really what the difference between these two, and which one of them is best for candida

FireFist - Both come from grapes, although resveratrol is also found in peanuts, and Japanese Knotweed. Both are antioxidants.

Unlike grapeseed extract, when resveratrol is added to curcumin, it mitigates the inflammatory effects of neurotrophins.

There are many more differences, but this is the most basic one for hair loss.

CS, should we be taking resveratrol and curcumin together or at different times during the day? Sounds like the same time but I thought I read a post that said to take them apart.

Get both and plenty more from wine! Red-wine contains thousands upon thousands of phytonutrients!

Mistere, I drink a glass of red wine regularly with dinner but I'm not up to drinking many bottles a night to get the resveratrol I receive from a single capsule.

With resveratrol, the aim is to activate the Sirt1 gene. The resveratrol supplement I take is the one that seems best suited for that task. What I can perceive from taking Biotivia's Transmax TR, I cannot replicate with GSE. That said, the other poyphenols and flavanoids have their place, but have not been shown to activate the Sirt1 gene.
