Combatting inflammation with mangosteen?

Surely nothing new for all of us that inflammtation seems to be a central
point combatting hair loss.
Referring to the excellent 'Mn - Cu - Co - I -'thread here some
facts about mangosteen and inflammation, antifungal...:

Would like to figure out that it is said mangosteen works
miracles against scalp-seborrhea and scalp-eczema.
(Dont' want to conceal that it's very expensive
and extremely hyped in the papers at the moment).
Any ideas?
