I have read with varying degrees of interest the discussions on various diets on this forum.... some seem ok, some seem non logical.... anyway
The mediterranean diet is promoted as the healthiest in the world....and it is one i enjoy too....seems to have a sensible mix of the right foods?
Any thoughts?
