My brother is basketball player and he sprained his ankle yesterday. What are your best advices for the sprained ankle(include suplementation and topicals) to be fit as soon as possible? thx

RICE - rest, ice, compression, elevation.
Supplement wise he could try Cissus.
Topical wise - look for something with arnica.
