Me neither, one of my posts was flat out deleted from the post called: The Best Meats For You by the administrator, I asked why he deleted it and I explained that my post was appropriate for the topic and I provided studies to support my claim... he did not answer. Yes, I am not allowed to send private messages anymore because the natural sent me harassing messages and you are his friend from what he said he has known you for 5 years. I just wanted to send you messages so I didn,t blow up the threads. Were are here to fight MPB and regain our health. Not play high school games.

It's a lot of work to constantly create a balance and if were not for the help of so many other posters, I would never be able to keep up.

So you're ideas are welcome, even if I do not agree with all of them. I do worry that too many threads are dedicated to a particular diet. Normally, I would want to ignore it, but then new posters come in and suddenly become confused.

You wouldn't believe how many private messages I received about this diet. My answer everytime is, eat the correct diet for you (your metabolic type).

Believe it or not, free speech is generally encouraged here. Try other forums and you'll quickly understand what I'm talking about.

The place is a repository of natural hair loss approaches. Only recently has there some been issues, and honestly I was amazed it took this long for there to be problems.

Everyone has been great here, very few problems overall.

Thanks for your mercy CS, I'm glad you didn't ban me for my opinions. Hairlosstalk banned me and another member for exposing the fact that hairlosstalk was sponsored by Merck pharmaceutical!

This forum would be absolutely useless (just like ever other forum) if no one argued or debated and I'm glad you realize that CS.

My threads mention my ideas on diet because I believe that it is 100% crucial to understand what I'm claiming and how it ties in with the "big-three" diseases associated with MPB. I also feel I provide plenty of evidence to support my ideas.

You are missing the point either intentionally(most likely) or not. Put short.......................Participate with this forum in ways that don't try and brainwash or sell people Veganism or books on Veganism! We understand that this works for you....but you are generalizing this to everyone's situation and possibly playing with people's health.

In addition you are quoting many studies as well that don't make your points, but rather exaggerate your points. Some of those studies are just that........single studies(one-timers) and over-generalizations by Mcdougall(the King of over-generalizing). But the point again is stop with the salesman(ego) act.

You have been asked nicely more than 5 times. Any other forum would have banned you. Have some common courtesy and respect CS's wishes. Veganism is no secret and is not right for everyone. You are pitching it to the newbie's who come here like its gospel. This is a problem as this could be detrimental to many. Please stop this now!

I think we should all just realize we are all after the same thing and everybody needs to chill out. MrE has a lot of information that he has posted that has nothing to do with vegetarianism. I know he needs to relax on his preaching of his diet. I am not defending him and I am pretty new myself, but If we go out and start banning everybody thats were we fail. Debate is good.

And you need to understand that your ability to PM other members is a "privilege." Not a "right." Do not abuse the privilege.
