3 days on resv/curcumin...
Decided to try this combo as recommended by this forum. Obviously haven't noticed anything for hair loss yet but...
I have a problem with my left shoulder which is aggravated by weight lifting. Some of the muscles are pinched/inflamed, so badly my physio was considering a cortisol injection. Up until now I managed to get by with heavy stretching and ice. Three days ago I added res/cur to my regime and I am shocked to see my shoulder pain is completely gone
Really wasn't expecting that, but I guess its working?

It's helped me too with aches and pains. I also think the Eckolonia Cava extract has had a positive effect on me in this area.
I never was able to run before without severe joint pain, but now I'm getting by with some mild soreness which feels normal and I'm presently training for my first triathlon which is something I always wanted to do but never tried.
The Krill oil will also help your joints and soreness.

I've been on variations of the IH supplement regimen for awhile now, but it wasn't until I got serious with the resveratrol / circumin combo that my hairloss stopped.
It's good stuff. I will take it forever.

This combo is powerful. I no longer shed during stressful times.

Most importantly, at least for me anyway, is that after two years, this combination still remains a most effective treatment for scalp inflammation.

abc,
did you try any cream which contains Arnica?
it really helps with sore or stiff muscles.
I tried dosens of herb pills and vitamines, but Spiroflor did wonders for my upper back.
And out experience: when back pain receeds , hairloss also deminishes

THe Natural - I have thoughts about Bio-Curcumin for LEF actually increasing scalp inflammation. Whenever I use the product, I wake up with an inflammed scalp the next day, it never fails. Heard of similar ?

NKid, the consensus last year among posters here was that LEF's BIO curcumin should not (never) be taken, as it does increase inflammation and shedding.
