What kind of water do you guys drink? I'm looking into buying a water distillation or reverse osmosis system.
I know some people say distilled water isn't good to drink, but I've never seen any hard research on it - only hearsay about people with mineral deficiencies. Either way, I plan to add some minerals back in afterwards. On that note, does anyone have suggestions for where to buy minerals?
