scalp acne/folliculitis remedy needed
I've tried many internal/external regimens for fighting hair loss and inflammation and have failed. I now believe that I have some sort of folliculitis or something which is causing inflammation and itchy hair loss. I want to start fresh again by clearing my acne, bacne, and scalpne. Once my scalp acne is eliminated(I hope), I will reevaluate my situation to move forward.
My current regimen focused only on eliminating acne. I've only been on this regimen for two days.
2 tablespoons Lewis Labs Brewer's yeast in the morning with breakfast
High potency B-complex supplements with dinner
50mg zinc
Thoughts on my regimen?

Internal vitamin b5 is used to treat acne. In addition I would lay off all high glycemic foods.. especially milk. Milk equals acne in my experience. Cereals, stay away, stuffed with sugar. Good luck

Folk groups with low circulating levels of insulin and igf has practically no acne. I would bet they have less baldness too.

I don't see that regimen making a difference, if you have chronic folliculitis that is causing hair loss. Sun exposure + topical or oral antibiotics and maybe an antibacterial solution would help. Due to the extent of the acne, probably you should go for the oral form, though that can lead to a bad sunburn.

Liv 52 and a swig of Apple Cide Vinegar once a day in the morning cured bacne for me.

Oral antibiotics will not treat the cause(s) of acne. The acne may go away, but it will come back eventually if you aren't dealing with the other causes - ie excess sebum production, inflammation, etc. The p acne bacteria is only one piece of the puzzle.

I second the organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, worked on my whole body(some scalp, bad back and occasionally face)pretty cheap too you can probably buy a whole gallon for $16 if your local grocery,or health stores carry it.
