New Now Foods Prostate Formula with Curcumin + Resveratrol

Hi all,

Just stumbled by accident across this new combo by Now Foods. Apart from the disputed saw palmetto seems that many other good things are included and what seems attractive to me are the small dosages of curcumin and resveratrol much closer to the capsure patent rather than the 500mg typical curcumin doses. Thinking of giving it a try as it would reduce the numbers of pills to take. Opinions appreciated.

M77 - Wouldn't recommend this. Too much Beta Sitosterol--which can cause libido problems.

Yeah, this stuff is flying off the shelves at iHerb.com: sold out.

I have the other product on order, but I am a bit skeptical about it, as I don't use curcumin and I am cautious about milk thistle because it is considered to be estrogenic (I don't deny that these are both incredible herbs for health). Also, there is some controversy about Astragloside IV.

That said, I am blown away by their Transmax resveratrol product. It is currently my favorite supplement. I take 4 first thing in the morning. If I take more later in the day, I cannot sleep. It has increased my athletic performance significantly, increased energy, lowered inflammation, basically eradicated joint pain, and for some reason takes away much of my desire to eat junk.

Obviously, for me it is a very powerful supplement.

I like this one, as well. Kind of reminds me of BCM-95, but hopefully won't be bad for hair. Seems like it's a powerful liver protector, which in turn translates to strength and vigor.

Is the Transmax a viable alternative to the Resveratrol in the top six?

I didn't know that CS put resveratrol in the top six. That said, Biotivia's Transmax resveratrol is the best resveratrol I have ever tried.

I think I may give this stuff a try after I go through some of the iHerb product.

action<reaction - That biospan is good stuff. I placed it on my site as an option (as a convenient way to take cur + rev w/ astragalus).

I just realize I somehow deleted it.
