Distilled vs Spring Water

It has been said that distilled is the purest, however over time it leeches important trace minerals from the body. Also heard that Spring water is loaded with heavy metals and contaminants but promotes health by providing necessary trace elements.

Hmm, I drink Highland Spring from glass bottles, as I was under the impression that was pretty healthy and high quality. Let's see what CS and people say
